OUR RETURNS POLICY
You get 14 calendar days to cancel your order if you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day the ordered is delivered. Customer will have to bear the cost of return postage in this case.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. All items Come with 30 Day warranty period from the date of purchase. Return requests wont be accepted after the 30-day period and no refund will be given.
Items need to be returned within 5 days after we have accepted the return. If returned in working order with a fault through user error, the initial postage cost and resending cost will be down to the buyer.
All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in original condition with labels attached(wherever applicable) and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
Once the returned item is received we will issue refund within 3 days.
Payments will be refunded to your paypal account.
How your PayPal payment was funded determines how your refund is returned:
- If your payment came from your card, it will be refunded to that card. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to complete a refund.
- If your payment came from either your bank account or your PayPal balance, it will be refunded to your PayPal balance.
- If you paid part with your PayPal balance and the rest with your debit or credit card, we’ll refund the amount paid by debit or credit card directly to the card, and the rest to the PayPal balance.
